We respect your right to control your personal data. This page covers account and data deletion for every app published by InterStella (Leo Consulting), including:

OurGacha — com.ourgacha.app

Delete Your Account In the App

The fastest route, and the one that deletes everything immediately. In Mochi: dress up game or OurGacha, open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. This removes your account, your character, your inventory, your challenge entries, your marketplace listings and your uploaded images from our servers straight away.

Send us an email at contact@leoamiri.com with the subject line "Delete Account Request".
Include the following information in your email:
- The name of the app or game (for example, Mochi: dress up game)
- Your device type (iOS or Android)
- Your email address or username associated with the app (if applicable)
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Request Account Deletion

What Data Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Device identifiers & analytics data	Deleted	Within 14 days

Financial transaction records (for legal compliance)	Retained	Up to 5 years (Polish tax law)
Anonymized, aggregated analytics	Retained	Indefinitely (non-identifiable)

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any in-app purchases, game progress, or saved data will be permanently lost. Purchase refunds are handled separately through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Apps That Don't Require Accounts

Some of our apps and games do not require you to create an account. In these cases, your data is stored locally on your device and can be removed by simply uninstalling the app. No server-side data exists to delete.

Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data controller based in Poland (EU), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In addition to deletion, you have the right to:

Request a copy of your personal data (right of access)
Correct inaccurate data (right to rectification)
Restrict processing of your data
Object to processing based on legitimate interest
Lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO)
